Thankful by Finecrafted Designs

Today I am thankful.  I am a very fortunate person in so many ways and today is the day to give thanks.  Finecrafted Designs has released a new kit called Thankful.  It is a fun little kit for making Art Journal pages (like I did) or to display your Thanksgiving celebration.

Template #30 by Christy Haig

I actually had a lot of fun with Christy's newest template although I wasn't so sure at first.  I'm a pretty minimalist scrapper and usually like to have just one photo on a page but sometimes it's hard to choose just one photo and that's where a template like Christy's comes in handy.

New Releases at Ginger Scraps

This week I only chose one new release to work with, but there are many available.  This kit by Pretty in Green caught my eye immediately.  I love the colors.  I always enjoy scrapping with shades of brown (since it's the color of my dogs LOL) so I was drawn right in to the earthy shades in Indian Princess.

I also chose a template from Roadside Design's template pack Trail Maps Collection 1

New Releases at Ginger Scraps

I'm very fortunate to have the opportunity to play with the New Releases before they become available at Ginger Scraps.  The girls there are SO talented, every week is simply amazing.

A Primitive Christmas by Crowabout StudioB

When I saw this kit, I thought I was in trouble.  I'm not ready for Christmas!  I don't have the Christmas Spirit and I don't want it... at least not for a few more weeks.  I didn't think there was any way I was going to be able to do anything with this kit.  Then I opened it.  Ahhhhhh it's beautiful.  There is so much to it.  It's so versatile it can be used for plenty of other things...

Like this page that I made:
